Honeybee Cottage is on Heatherhill Herb Farm, a smallholding on the tar road to Rheenendal. Honeybee is situated in trees and fynbos overlooking a stunning indigenous forest valley. Only 10-20 minutes away from beaches, forests (Millwood gold mine) and the towns of Knysna and Sedgefield. Our local mini-mark, and Red Barn restaurant are only 1-2 km away. Horseriding, forest walks, picnics and mountain biking in the area. A safe, private, romantic getaway. Destress while enjoying the peace, fresh air and surrounding wildlife. Serviced twice weekly. One bedroom (double bed) and single bed in lounge. Bathroom with shower only. Outdoor bush shower and bath for the romantics! Colourful bedding and fluffy towels are provided as well as a fully equipped kitchenette, making it a little home from home. Fire place in the lounge for winter nights and braai area outside to enjoy the starry skies in the summer. Radio and television with full DStv for your entertainment.
Directions: Turn off the N2 (on hill after the Knysna lagoon on the Cape Town side) onto Rheenendal Road. Drive for 7.2 km until you see a yellow Heatherhill Herbs board on the left.
