Villa Liermans offers two lounges, one downstairs with satellite TV The open plan main lounge is upstairs that is open plan with the kitchen and dining room (seating 10 guests), leading out onto the covered sea facing terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and views of the Llundudno area. .Solid American ash timber floors and Russian Spruce ceilings provide an elegant beach house style. The upper lounge/kitchen area is heated by Godwin wood/anthracite burner which augments the AGA coal stove in the winter. There is an open plan mezzanine study above the lounge with broadband connection, computer and office area . (Please note the stairs to this study area do not have ballastrades and therefore, are not child friendly).
KITCHEN
The kitchen is open plan with direct access to the terrace, laundry and garage. There is a 4 seater dining room table for informal meals. On display, is a functional AGA stove . The every day stove is a high tech gas hob and electric stove with state of the art extractor. GARDEN AND POOL;
An intimate courtyard garden with cascading water feature enhances the entrance. The swimming pool is situated facing the sea and a few trees offer shade on those hot Cape days. A fully equipped pool room with fridge, eye level Gaggenau stove and glass top hob, dining and lounge area with full bathroom and shower facilities - these facilities offers cool respite from the heat of the summer. Two portable braai facilities are provided, one for downstairs and the other for the upper terrace.
Full day or half day servicing can be arranged at an extra cost.
